When EOS Rør moved into Energima’s premises in 2024, plans for a company gym became reality. The result: a 100 m² Technogym-equipped facility now used by more than 120 registered employees from several companies in the building.

Training threshold
One of the most noticeable effects is how the gym has lowered the barrier to activity. Employees who had never trained regularly before have now started. Accessibility is the key: short distance, no membership cards, and all facilities included. With showers, lockers, and towel service, all you need to bring are your workout clothes.
Managing Director Silje Kroglund notes that some colleagues even bought their very first training gear just to get started—a clear sign that when everything is in place at work, excuses disappear.
