As part of a significant transformation of its gym facilities, The Peak has introduced the Technogym Checkup and a full suite of Biostrength equipment to offer a deeply personalised, data-informed wellness experience.
“From discovering the Technogym Checkup and Biostrength this is the first time we have seen how AI could be authentically and meaningfully integrated into the guest journey. It aligns perfectly with our commitment to personalisation.” explains Alice.
The adoption of Biostrength wasn’t just about technology— it was a strategic move to offer members a cutting-edge experience while solidifying The Peak’s position as a leader in the wellness space.
Every member is encouraged to use the Technogym App, a digital hub for training plans, progress tracking, and content both inside and outside the gym. The member journey begins with Technogym Checkup, providing benchmark data across six key metrics. From there, the AI-powered Technogym Coach automatically adjusts training plans based on progress and available equipment, keeping members engaged and motivated. Meanwhile, Biostrength’s adaptive resistance equipment responds in real time to each user’s strength profile, ensuring safe, efficient, and tailored workouts.

New members at The Peak begin 'Peak Performance' consultation, starting with Technogym Checkup and includes 1-on-1 personal training sessions. The data gathered by Technogym Checkup enables the Technogym ecosystem to design hyper-personalised training plans, with Biostrength machines automatically adjusting to the user when they log in using Technogym App.
Members are guided through their Biostrength introduction by a team trained by Technogym Educators. Long-time members have responded positively, reporting smarter, more efficient workouts since the rollout.
