Nestled on Stoke Newington High Street, Instagym’s sleek black-and-gold facade invites members into a premium fitness environment. Founded by property developer and fitness enthusiast Moti Friedlander.
With over 25 years of global gym experience, Moti understands what fitness consumers want in an independent gym - high-quality service, top-tier equipment, and a clean and spacious environment. Instagym combines modern aesthetics with natural elements inspired by Moti’s love for the outdoors, and membership is capped at 75% capacity to enhance the member experience.
Having used Technogym products in hotels and health clubs across the globe, and chosen Technogym for his own home, Moti was clear on who he wanted as an equipment partner.

The gym features a large collection of the Technogym striking black-on-black Pure Strength plate-loaded machines which are ergonomically designed to replicate the feel of free weights.
Specialist equipment like the Pure Strength belt squat, hack squat, hip thrust, and deadlift have quickly become member favourites, catering to the growing demand for lower body and glute training. Members can access coaching content via QR codes linked to the Technogym App, or follow their own programmes.
The Technogym Universe Tower gives Instagym members even more options for functional and resistance-based training. With organised storage in a compact footprint, it’s a versatile solution for personal training, small group sessions, or solo workouts.

The data-driven system generates tailored training programmes and integrates with the Technogym App, making it easy for members to track progress.
Technogym Educators continue to offer Instagym staff and members support and guidance so everyone can fully leverage the technology of the Technogym ecosystem.
